Once the Secretariat has received the booking of the services and checked the payment has been correctly made, will issue and send the corresponding invoice of the registration by email (hotels will issue and hand their own invoices for lodging).

If you need to cancel your conference participation, please notify the Technical Secretariat in written form, by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
For cancellations received before 31 March 2020 the registration fee will be refundable minus a 5% handling fee for administrative costs.
For cancellations received from 31 March 2020 until 30 April 2020, the registration fee will be refundable minus a 20%.
No refund can be made for cancellations received after 30 April 2020.
Free cancellation until 30 March 2020. Cancellations after 30 March 2020 depend on hotel policy.
